I tried a few nights ago and failed miserably

I think they are just loose french plaits/braids either side and then secured with bobby pins/kirby grips at the back.
I have never been able to work out how to do french plaits which bothers me more than it should. hmph.

I absolutely ADORE her hair at the emmy's - I'm going to my friends wedding on New Years Eve, I'm going to get my other hairdresser friend to go my hair like that for me. though my hair is much longer i hope it will work

does anyone know what product she uses on her lips normally? when they are just slightly pale with a tiny bit of shimmer? been searching everywhere for something that gives that look but to no avail.

Also, for anyone that wanted a leopard coat but missed out on the Topshop one, River Island has a fairly good alternative - though i would recommend removing the HIDEOUS buttons
