Isn't that magazine that Alexa snubbed a gossip/tabloid? Why is it then so irksome to Fug girls that they'd be rejected for a chat? Do all American celebs sell their soul? Do they have mates that work there at the mag? What a waste of a post. Also aside from the Madewell collection she doesn't have anything to promote so why would she want to speak to a gossip magazine? It UK terms it sounds like this gossip website are reporting as if she rejected an interview with The Telegraph when actual fact it was the Daily Star. Also what's with them asking why she's in the front row? She's an international fashion icon at the moment, muse of Mulberry (and if she can sell that amount of handbags that are inspired by her style what brand wouldn't want her in the front row?), current covergirl of Vogue. It's getting boring now hearing people question her status or criticise her popularity or ask why she's on the cover of Vogue because she isn't a traditional model or an actress.

Also I very much enjoy her outfit at Lim. Liking the cardi and the hair

I find it funny, Alexa might too, although she might be embarassed at the public revelation she has a "handler". (I'm not so naive as to think she wouldn't, but seeing it like that kind of blows her laid-back image)

I'm a bit surprised that Us Weekly weren't given a minute - she gave interviews to bloggers at the Madewell presentation. I've seen pictures of Alexa in Us Weekly before. On the other hand, the Fug Girls' reverence for Us Weekly is a bit comical.

Here's me with my biggest fan (lol) just hanging out before going to The Mulberry presentation in NY. Jacket by Barbour, other jacket (just seen), by Mulberry, shirt is Alexa Chung for Madewell, jean shorts are Levi's and boots are Chanel.

The look: Her super shiny and naturally tousled hair is sexed up with a deep smoky brown eye. Lips are left bare to give the look an ‘undone’ edge.
The make-up: Use a good eye primer (try Sin Eyeshadow Primer Potion, £11.50, by Urban Decay) to create a base for shadow. Then, using a loose powder eyeshadow (we love Pigment in Chocolate Brown, £15, by Mac), lightly blend around the eye extending up to the socket and underneath the eye. Line eyes with a black kohl liner (try Max Factor’s Kohl Eye Liner Pencil in Black, £4.49) and finish with mascara (High Lengths Mascara in Black, £14.50, by Clinique).
The hair: Lightly tong random sections of hair, allowing the curl to fall out into a wave. Fix with a shine-boosting hair spray such as Ice Shine Hairspray, £3.29, by Pantene.
