What abuse? As it's a photoshoot her make-up would have been done professionally and shot with a good camera. She hardly looks photo-shopped.
There's always editing but I would hardly say it was photoshop abused!

It looks very unnatural to me. The only thing that looks natural is her hair. The arms, the right one especially, look weird. Her face also looks unnatural, the eyes, the lips... It just doesn't look good to me. But it's just one opinion, I guess...
