it is a great bag... one thing i love about alexa's style is how she incorporates unconventional and seemingly bland pieces into her wardrobe, such as a men's briefcase or a barbour jacket. things that most people would overlook. it's one of the many elements of her style that i admire.

I, like ClassicalBang, love her ability and knack to mix high end and low end, but it's not just chanel there and h and m here; it's mundane and not so mundane. which I love, and as CB pointed out, it's things from the ordinary everyday life, i.e., loafers that make a look accessible but interesting at the same time.

Alexa is a mentor in a Vice Magazine/Ctrl.Alt.Shift photography competetion on the issue of gender, poverty and power. Nan Goldin is the judge.

Seems a bit strange, all the other mentors are professional photographers, but the mentors' work will be showcased at 'a major gallery in London' at the end of the competetion.

Even though my style isn't that similiar to Alexa Chung's, I still appreciate the great knack she has for putting things together. She almost always gets it right. And yeah, I love the way she manages to make a Barbour jacket look good. She's made me consider buying one.
