The Independent is definately a big improvement on Company magazine Her writing can be a bit wordy/breathless at times but, compared to Peaches, she's like the female Charlie Brooker The column is 'Girl About Town' but I hope she does some opinion pieces rather than just accounts of her week.

You guys are so critical of Alexa! I thought her column was cute (though I sympathize a lot with her pain). You've got to remember she's a young girl, and it's entirely possible they asked her to write about her life, not necessarily life-altering, breaking news. I mean, I don't know for sure, I'm just guessing, but at least she can string sentences together properly and she's not running around like certain Amy Winehouses acting a wreck in public. Give the girl a break

Maybe it will pick up. Seeings as she didn't have a particualy adventious week, not a lot she could write about to be fair. Hopefully next week it will be better talking about her birthday & TLSP's last gig, halloween of course & maybe the election could creep in seeings as she's in the states during it.

I actually liked the column. Controversial I know. What exactly did people expect from it? I would've preferred some more fashion, but as long as she sounds nothing like peaches then I will settle with anything she says. I'm biased, what can I say, the girl can do NO wrong in my eyes. xx
