Alexa Chung

The Charles Anastase dress is gorgeous.

About the other dress, I searched style.com for all S/S 09 dresses (I really want to know where it's from!) and didn't see it.

Alexa Chung and Alex Turner are seen leaving the Elle Style Awards 2009 in North London last night in the torrential rain. The model and singer were leaving together in a cab looking all loved up with each other.

She has a never-ending collection of gorgeous coats.

I like the dresses both are really pretty and the second outfit seems more like her usual style  but the shoes kind of bug me

^ she must have added tights before leaving the venue! hehe :)

adore her coat, and alex's jacket!

I love both the looks, but prefer the Charles Anastase because it's more 'her' than the black dress. I particularly like it with the coat and hat when she's leaving.

love love love the charles anastase, so glad she wore him as well as chanel to show that she hasn't quite forgotten her roots ^_^... and like with luella last year this is going to pique interest in him greatly, so good on her.

the chanel is nice... i like it better from the back than the front though. the big shoulders is a bit... well.. big. i don't know. maybe im just tired haha. but i LOVE the afterparty dress.

From Hilary Alexander's Telegraph article
Alexa Chung, the host for the evening and winner of the Best TV Star, was also in Chanel, looking extremely sophisticated in a teal-blue, short, fitted backless dress, accessorised with a gigantic cocktail ring by Mawi, and a new upswept hairdo. "I don’t look too mumsy, do I," she worried. No way, Alexa.

The drawing used on the Brown's Focus Halloween t-shirts was illustrated by Sophie Stephens for House of Holland.

That dress didn't look teal blue to me!

The Charles Anastase dress is lovely but not worth the price tag - no matter what the label. I've seen similar on Portobello markets. There is a girl that sells similar silk dresses in white, yellow, blues etc for around 40-60 quid. Not sure if they're available at the moment.
