Harper's Bazaar UK's Best Dressed 2009 list has been released and Alexa is at number 3 (Stella McCartney is 1 and Tilda Swinton is 2). Hadley Freeman said, " A gorgeous Brit girl who dresses more for cool quirkiness than sexiness; the phrase 'rarer than hen's teeth' comes to mind. She made me buy a pair of loafers and yes, I am old enough to know better."
