And she wore that dress at the concert on her show a while back. The odd thing is she wore it backwards on her show, and the right way at the concert. Although I think (hope) she did it on purpose.

Well as she likes to re-wear outfits, I guess she wants to make it look a little bit different each time she wears it. It makes sense, I'd probably wear it forwards, backwards and over other things.

The dress looks good on her but only on her. I can't imagine many others could be able to pull off the ruffles on the lower half.
