You know I'm not surprised Alexa doesn't look at these kinds of forums, and I hope she doesn't have to. I'd like to see the tables get turned on the people who are hypercritical of her (and there seems to be many now), and see how they like it.

I'm sorry, I really enjoy this thread, and think that she has some very cute outfits, but.... every time I come on here I feel like it's the case of the big pink elephant in the room, especially when people are lavishing praise on how 'long her legs' are etc. and how they seem to be getting longer....I mean.....

oh well. on another note, so I'm not crucified for being off topic...does anybody wish that she'd try a different eye makeup look? I'd like to see her with a smokey eye, not just the winged eyeliner

I very much agree kiwiprince! It's one of the reasons i don't come here as often as i used to - even though I still love her style. some pictures just make me sad.

her legs just keep getting longer, if that's even possible at 26

unfortunately i don't think the are getting longer (at the age of 26 you have definitely stopped growing) i think it's more that the proportions have been dramatically changing.

and regarding the miu miu's, i love!!! ironically saccharine and adorable.

where did you read that alexa doesn't read these forums? in fact, i remember very distinctly that way back in this thread, when she was still penning a regular column in a british publication (can't remember which one it was, or if she's still doing it - presumably not) she mentioned that she's addicted to the internet (fb, twitter, etc) and she DOES read about what her fans think of her style and vegetarianism and whatnot.

besides, give alexa more credit than that. she's a celebrity; she's probably learned by now how to have a thick skin about criticism. people are entitled to their opinions. this is a thread about HOW SHE LOOKS and what clothes she wears, so criticism and adoration kind of go hand in hand here. but if you're still indignant about it maybe you can make a youtube video asking people to 'leave alexa alone' or something.

ANYWAY.

well if current alexa is a 'ratty dog', sign me up! i still think she's beautiful. i also think the miu miu shoes are very much her, they are so overtly girly and platform-y/chunky, heel's wise i don't think i've really seen her in skinny stiletto's much, lately.

What a ridiculous and horrible thing to say! She hasn't changed that much since those pictures were taken and anyway I think she looks even better now.

The "ratty dog" comment is obviously thanks to the anonymity of the internet but there's no denying that she's not looking her best recently. She's still pretty facially but...

In other news she'll be in Hong Kong next week according to her publicists Twitter. I'm guessing for a shoot.
