i found Karl's words so funny somehow - it seems like he is saying: wow, she talks, and acts and looks nice all in one ! she does a lot at the same time :) i know he was referring to her being stylish, being a dj and a tv presenter but it came off funny...in the way of : she talks and walks at the same time :innocent:

What abuse? As it's a photoshoot her make-up would have been done professionally and shot with a good camera. She hardly looks photo-shopped.
There's always editing but I would hardly say it was photoshop abused!
