i love everything of this look..from the striped shirt to the red flat..it's perfect and lovely!

Her ballet flats look like Repetto, but she usually wears Chanel's ballet flats (though Chanel's and Repetto's ballerines look almost the exact same). Repetto's come in a ton of different colors, so I'd say that's your best bet.
