I know she's had successful endeavors, but she's mostly famous for a show that has long since ended and she's got at least 3 covers each from Allure and Glamor within the past few years, along with Lucky, Marie Claire, Cosmo, Elle, and probably many others. She must sell really well on newsstands.

How so? She obviously sells well and reaches the demographic that these magazines want. I actually think that because she's not on any show or on tv adds to her selling power. All those girls who grew up watching her now only have one outlet to catchup with her: magazines.

There's no mystery why she gets covers. She's attractive and consistently among the best-selling cover stars. Like Sarah Jessica Parker, she still has a huge following from a once-popular TV series and she keeps herself relevant with a lifestyle brand and charitable endeavors. It also helps she isn't on tabloids every week so there's no overexposure.

I have no problem with Lauren on covers. More than any other reality star-- or celeb in general-- she puts her money to good use. She has employed and aided so many women with her investments in everything from her fashion line, her eco-collection, her websites and now her fair trade Little Market endeavor.
