Altuzarra F/W 2023.24 New York

Thankful that he has fully moved on from his "skirts with a slit are MY thing" thing so far. Love the colours; the red in look 46 is gorge.

Some of the more toned down prints and dye treatments could have done with a twisty turny jersey treatment. I don't think it would entirely work, but the heavy print/dye to none at all then back to it is a bit abrupt. Or maybe a slight reshuffling of the order.

Not original at all but it looks so good! They should've just used real fur

One thing about Altuzarra is that there’s a quality in the fabrics and the execution that sets him apart from the designers he came up with.

I don’t know what Altuzarra means in terms of aesthetic but it’s quite beautiful. A lot of dresses reminds me of what we have seen either at Dior under MGC. The look on Linesy is very Dior/Valentino. And in that sense, the fact that he can match that level of quality is great.

I think Dior RTW FW1998 might have been on his moodboard this time…The puffers, the color palette, the prints…
At least this time he expanded his vision in terms of influence.

Good job I guess.

I don't think it's my favorite collection of his but it's surely pleasant to look at and some outfits are truly worth keeping my eyes a little longer on.

those last dresses are so ugly that i might actually be liking them

I am impressed!
Love the leather; and the last looks are great! they seem "historical".

I quite love the boldness of the opening prints and the 5 last looks but look 32 is absolutely gorgeous !!!
