i think in the case of gemma ward, this magazine was probably published, or had this list set awhile ago, not concurring with this season's shows [aw04].. which is where we all really know gemma from. before this season, she wasnt nearly as popular. im sure if they had printed this list in say june or july, she would definitely be on it.

To all the TFS crew, I went back and read the post I got this info from and at the bottom it said, " as selected by Wayne Sterling Models. com" this may explain some of the choices.

Maybe because she realized that this is just one person's opinion and wanted to explain this to us.

I think they consider the models on the editorials, not the runway action. We don't see much of Gemma and Lisa Cant yet to be considered by a Photo magazine, in my opinion.

You have to remember this is a photographer's magazine, my guess is the models that were chosen because of their editorial work and not based too much on runway. Liliane's editorials are gorgeous! [/b][/quote]
Sure they are! And I think she can do better on the runway. Probably when she gets to be more grown up, since she's just 15. Ford is doing a great job with her, but they are pushing it a little too far by trying to make her look like a young adult. It's a bit too much, I guess. But she's lovely anyway.
