Hm. The only one that's mildly interesting thus far is Sixties di ritorno. I guess they finally realized that long hair swaying in the face in more than one shot is distracting, as appose to fashionable. Thanks for the scans!
thanks again Diciassette! aurelie's ed is lovely. she is just extraordinarily beautiful imo. i love that chunky knit in the 2nd shot... especially with her bare legs folded up like that. i like the styling here..it's casual, cool, not overdone...and it suits her. i love that it feels very modern and yet there's something about her that is just vaguely reminiscent of the 90s...in that fresh faced, no-fuss way.
i dont know exactly what i'm trying to say except that i love it.
^I think I'm becoming partial to Gucci F/W 08.09 after seeing it on the cover here and then in that last shot of the story.. it's such a beautiful blouse.
what I'm starting to love about Amica is that they really sing their own tune when it comes to editorials and stylists/model choices.. perhaps that might be due to low budget but I actually like the smell of freedom that you get from their stories, they don't really pretend to shock or be groundbreaking nor are desperately trying to appeal the antithesis of that, they just seem to be doing fashion as anybody else but in a way that feels genuine and uncompromised..
Thanks for all your scans, Diciassete (17)! Amica isn't a magazine I usually buy but this month I'll definitely get a copy of it if only for Kylie Bax and Aurélie Claudel. All in all this looks like a great issue to me and I'm also happy to see Cristina Kruse back in action!
