Are there any books about Anita?

So whats the story with her life? What did she do and who was she romantically involved with?

All I know is she had a great fashion sense.

well, dunno where to start with..
anita was born in 1944 in Rome. she worked as a model in the early sixties and then became an actress. she starred in several films, f.e. in "dillinger's dead", "a degree of murder","candy","barbarella"(as the black queen) and "performance" (along with mick jagger,whom she had an affair with at that time).
concerning her relationships,well,from 1965 to 67 she was brian jones'(ex rolling stones guitarist)girlfriend who introduced her to the rolling stones posse. they've had a very passionate and wild relationship,but sadly brian became more and more manic depressive and uncontrollabe because of his extensive drug abuse and started to beat anita.
in 1967 the crowd made a trip to morocco and anita and keith (richards) fell in love with each other. after brian had beat her up terribly again,she finally moved in with keith.their first son marlon was born in 1969,their daughter dandelion (!) in 1972.they had another son,tara,as well,but sadly he died soon after birth (anita's massive heroin abuse at that time was probably the reason).anita was married to keith from 1967 to 77. (quote keith why they broke up:"I still love that woman,but I just can't live with her!")
I don't really know that much about anita's more recent "life history",but I think she works as a fashion designer today.

as far as her fashion style is concerned, she's really had a massive influence(not only,but especially) in the sixties.she influenced brian who was regarded as THE sixties style icon for men (so,indirectly,she influenced both genders!) and I'm pretty sure all the girls around that time wanted to look like her as well.

you're very welcome,lemeray.
while doing some further research today about anita's life (I'm so into this at the moment ), I found some really interesting stuff.according to a (serious) rolling stones biography, anita was really into black magic,occultism and allegedly even satanism(!).
what was even more weird was the fact that in 1979,a 17year old guy was found shot to death in anita's bed in keith's New england estate (anita was there during the incident!).allegedly,he was anita's lover and played russian roulette.....

as far as i know there aren't any books about anita but marianne faithfull's autobiography talks about anita alot and it's definitly worth reading. if anyone knows of any books that mention anita will they post the names of them?
