Elle.com just revealed their list of the 25 Best Dressed Women of 2007

Anja Rubik wears gorgeous designer clothes for a living, so it's little surprise she's gotten rather used to it. Aside from this year's Chloé ads, the Polish beauty managed to make skinny jeans and ballet flats look completely new.
