saying that she is a celebrity and with her name on the cover!
PLEASE IMG! do NOT transform her into a celebrity!! make her an icon!! transform her into that misterious woman, with an iconic face, kinda like Guinevere van Seenus or Daria Werbowy , the kind of model who would never be seen in the Victoria's Secret circus show!

and i agree with you! I really think that they are waiting to have strong pictures of Ann! because if they show to the clients a showcard of Ann with a bad photo, they are never gonna forget that terrible first impression!

^That might be true.. But with all this time, wouldn't someone think that she would already have great test shoots? And if the magazine with the editorial won't come out till September.. That means she won't be doing the haute couture shows (I honestly really would like to see her do them..) and might not be doing the FW11 RTW shows either.. So if that's the case.. Then that means she won't be coming out till the SS12 RTW shows.. And that seriously is going to hurt her in the future since the more important clients aren't ever going to really notice her and is effed up development going on at IMG..

but you're still right, she might not be doing fall 2011 RTW. she might have a chance with HC, or make her debut in Spring 2012 RTW. it's a guessing game right now

i don't think that VS will ever take her for a Show, she doesn't have the right figure and doesn't suit to their style.

too excited, can't wait. anyway, what do you expect to see from Ann's Debut?

completely agree! they should start doing something! because Ann is not getting any younger! (I don't know if we are allowed to talk about age, since we are nor allowed to talk about weight, if we aren't, sorry ...) but it is truth! every single day counts in the career of a new model!
Maybe they already have test shots! i'm DYING to see IMG's show package for fall/winter 2011!! but I don't think she will be doing the Spring 2011 couture shows, Usually the first season of a model is not couture season, or resort and pre-fall, (with the clear exception of Sigrid Agren, but I don't know what happened there)

Actually, a lot of models start out at those kinds of shows. Not necessarily couture, because that's very elite, but definitely resort and pre-fall (Sigrid, Anna de Rijk, Myf Shepherd). It gives them a good platform before they tackle the major show seasons. However, I doubt Ann will show up until the Fall 11/12 shows in February.

Totally! that's why i said "usually", lol! a new model have a lot more chances to be booked for a show in S/S and F/W, because there are more shows, wich means, more possibilities of being booked at least for some not too important show... and considering that alot of the designers opt for a lookbook instead of a runway show in resort and pre-fall, the posibilities of being booked are a lot less...

btw, anyone knows who is gonna photograph Ann's ed?? If Meisel shoots it, I'll literaly DIE!

When do the RTW shows come out? I read somwhere that it won't be till March, and if tha'ts true. Then she might be doing the RTW F/W2011 shows..
