I think this would be a great time for her to come back given the success of Fran Summers and the demand of models with this particular look (brunette, big doll eyes, square chin, small lips). Another big model in the past with this look is Abbey Lee.

I’ve been particularly drawn to the doll faces of the 2000s and I got really curious as to where Anna Mariya went, especially after opening for Prada at 15 her first season. After digging, turns out in late 2013 she retired her modeling career to attend law school, and is currently an Arbitration Lawyer with 2 sons in St. Petersburg! Her secondary & university classmates claimed that you would’ve never suspected she modeled, they didn’t talk about her career, and neither did she. It was just another job to her, even in the midst of it.

"In the fashion world, not much depends on the model itself. They may stop choosing you. And what - depression? That's why I'm going to study to be a lawyer."

She seems happy!
