No, a fanlisting is basically a list of fans. The purpose of a fanlisting is to unite fans from all over the world. And if you have a website, you can put a snazzy little button on your page saying "I am a fan of ____".

anna is absolutely stunning. in march 2003 i was in the mar del plata film festival here in argentina and i saw her, she seemed vaguely familiar (i had seen "merci pour le chocolat" a few months before) but the first thing that caught my eye was her beauty and elegance, she had a certain je ne sais quoi that made everyone turn to look at her (and i'm sure most people didn't even know who she was). she definitely didn't look like an average person, she seemed to be a supermodel, but with effortless style and grace. the funny thing is, later it hit me who she was and, having a mojito with some friends at a cuban bar while it was raining outside, she came in with a friend as well! i didn't dare walk up to her, unfortunately, but we were all having a good time
