:) i want to see more. though not entirely refined, his collections have always some very interesting propositions

yeah that silhouette appears to be very, very extreme.

Looks great to far, always love Berardi.

contrary to my initial thoughts,it is quite lovely. i like the dresses with the patterned pailettes and what he does best in his structure. some elements do kind of resemble alaia and mouret but only just...

Beautiful collecton, I love the shapes and textures... Well, everything :heart:

hes kind of like a modern alaia
i love it
the best kind of body con imo
the circular sillhouettes are a little distractign sometimes
but the boots are stunning

getting better and better! i wish he was giving bigger responsibilities, a big house!! :p
how long has he been in the industry? how old is he?

Berardi launched his womens wear in the same year that McQueen and Chalayan started off( he is part of the generation of Cool Britannia designer's, and even worked at Galliano for some time), however he never seemed to get their level of love from the fashion media. When he moved his shows to Milan (huge mistake imo), he "disappeared" even more, and became sort of a fashion insider label, but since going to Paris it seems he finally is getting more "mainstream" recognition.

He is 41 years old, i remember a friend telling me about his show in 99, and how well made his clothes are.

Antonio's so underestimated, he deserves more than this , however such celebrities(Posh that's you and Gwyneth) have been aware of his talent, thank goodness!!!!
and he translates the yuck 80s in a pretty light or flattering way, low-profile but still can be lingered in your mind and you will think twice even threeor four times, i am impressed
