Lately I dont understand fashion, way too many elements in the collection that you dont get a sense of the direction.

CARMEN! Very unexpected but appreciated.
A lot, if not too many perhaps, looks. There’s like 5 collections worth of ideas in this. Or maybe have the mens as a seperate show to make it easier to digest. But I appreciate the rich textiles, the shapes and cuts of it all. It’s all done so well so the surplus of looks can be slightly overlooked.

Looks like there was a storm in his never-ending forest. And some Dolce & Gabbana looks randomly placed here and there.

Haven’t checked out Marras for a while…It’s quite amazing how this doesn’t look like one day has passed from his 20 years ago collections. It just look very dated and not in a classic, heritage kind of way. Was hoping at least the colours, prints would have evolved….Must be challenging for an independent designer like him to survive in the current climate…
