Do asians ever hire asians for their asian magazines? I mean, the majority of people buying chinese/japanese/etc magazines are going to be people who are Chinese and Japanese. I know why they don't, I just dont see it much.

They do. There are quite a few magazines that don't feature any caucasians (besides ads such as Dior, LV etc).
