16-year-old Astrid Holler is young by our standards. An Anarchic Adjustment shirt from 1990 is old by our standards.

We all hung out at Maroubra beach for the day and Astrid wore clothes nearly the same age as her, a curation of my (and my good friend Elliot's) personal collection of archive Comme, Walter, Raf and KTZ.

It wasn't about shooting an on-trend story, but rather taking things we are continually inspired by and re-arranging them in a new context.

The day equaled sand in shoes (because I don't take them off at the beach) and hanging out with awesome Astrid and her cool mum. Good day. Amazing kid
