Best Home Microdermabrasion Kit ?

Any idea what is the best home kit out there right now for microdermabrasion ???

Has anyone used it? This stuff is amazing!!

Simply amazing! No battery operated operators that make your face feel numb. Just the two contents of the package, a few minutes, and your fingers!!

I was a bit skeptical at first because the Neutrogena Microdermabrasion system did nothing for me and many other people.

The Olay kit worked wonders on my face! The morning after I used it, while applying some concealer to my face, my fingers slid off of my face, no joke! I was simply amazed. Leaves you with a healthy glow and smoother, clearer looking skin!

A lot of people have compared it to the $65 Philosophy Resurface Kit- Vitamin C Microdelivery Peel, some even citing that is better. A real steal for only $23!!

I highly recommend it. It's got great reviews on makeupally as well, with 91% of people who would purchase it again.

I've heard tons of people saying the same thing. It seems like Olay's microdermabrasion kit comes 2nd place on this years beauty list ( after Bare Minerals ).

But what I'm wondering is, isn't the regenerist line for ' mature ' women?

Generally it is, I was quite surprised when I saw the commercial too. Especially since, if I recall correctly, the girl in the commercial is young. I guess they are targeting all ages.

Yes, it does! I suggest rubbing gently if you. you can read the makeupalley reviews, in which some people with sensitive skin noted how their sensitive skin wasn't irritated with it.

good advice. I bought the Philosophy and LOVE it. but this is just as good? I can get three times as much for the same price then... :)

thanks! I forgot to mention - I bought on a whim the Olay daily regenerist scrub, it's not the same thing but close? I guess it must be very mild. it's not in two pieces (one scrub, one activator) it's just one item in a tube. has anyone used that one? it's also cheaper, maybe 10 bucks if I remember correctly? but since it's daily it must be very mild compared to the other stuff (which I guess is mild too)

This stuff is amazing!! My skin looked so smooth and nice after using it. It almost looked like marble. It's incredible and it feels really nice too.

I have sensitive skin and am my dermatologist put me on both clindamyacin and differin. Would it not be reccomended to use this if I'm on these? Do you guys think this will help with the redness i'm experiencing or will it make it worse? I've always always wanted to try these microdermabrasion kits but have been to scares from possible unwanted effects.

^ Because you have sensitive skin and your undergoing a treatment, I think it's best you stay away from any kind of microdermabrasion for now.
It can end up being harsh on your skin increasing the redness.

Great thread Sybz! I've seen it at stores and was wondering if it's any good...now I'm very interested :woot:

Has anyone tried an at home microdermabrasion system? I have great skin, but at 34 y.o. I feel I should do something to keep it fresh. I've seen several commercials on TV - but I am not convinced these systems work. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Thanks, mods for merging the threads - and giving me the answers I was looking for. :flower:

someone should've kept my title as a subtitle because its is barely noted in the first post and reflects on the now gone title.
