Atlanta de Cadenet Taylor

i just realized that she has very thin eyebrows. i think she'd look better with thicker ones.

this is epic! remember the day, as Atlanta and Rachel were at the same party together? I mean they look-a-like and now we can see in the background what they actually have meet and even share a talk

Zimbio.

she is looking amazing at CFDA, never seen that before!

She really does look amazing.

I miss her CobraSnake days, when we used to have more pics of her... Although I haven't really been looking for her there, I'm pretty sure I won't find many (or even any) pics of her anymore. She's such a beauty, I wish she would really MODEL, so we could see beautiful and more produced pics of her.

She just posted this on twitter:

"Also avoid making fun of asian people in sushi restaurants"

This isn't the first time she's alluded to either her or her friends making fun of Asians on her twitter account... she's proven to be a winner. :yuk:

Yikes. I'm a fan, but...ugh. She's young, maybe that's a good enough excuse for now. She's 20 or something, right?

edit to add: It might be an even better idea to avoid making fun of Asians in any capacity. Or any race, for that matter.

Yeah, I see what you're getting at, but I think she is old enough to know better. 19 isn't that young. You can discern right and wrong at a much much younger age. And I've worked with young children who were culturally aware and knew that that type of behavior was wrong, so her age doesn't give her a pass. For me at least.

I think she's just revealing a privileged and exclusive background.

I mostly agree, but I think it comes down to ignorance. The children you work with fortunately were already taught that racism is wrong. Ignorance is something people like Atlanta will deal with the hard way, i.e. once someone generalizes her race for example. I'm sure there are privileged people who are sensitive and tolerant. I don't think money has much to do with it. One example: Ronan Farrow, who is Woody Allen's son, is a rhoades scholar who seems like a well-rounded and charitable person, yet he comes from great wealth (and sprung from the loins of that bastard woody allen).

Oh, no, don't get me wrong, Gincat, I totally agree with you! She could be 13 and her attitude would still be wrong.

This actually suggests that she is condemning someone for being racist. I think you have completely misinterpreted the scenario
