I,for one,absolutly hate it. First of all it went on for too long,the only thing that kept me watching was Audrey.I wonder if half of the people who shop at Gap even know who she is. Hmm now she and Lenny Kravitz have something in common....

I don't like so much that it is for Gap, but I likfe that she is coming back into style. not that Miss Hepburn could ever be unfashionable. But i think it was a cute commerical dispite all that.

i love seeing that gap commercial... and don't think of it as a negative thing towards audrey's image at all. that is one of my favorite parts in "funny face". she really did have spunk!

she is defintely one of my biggest icons, perfect and classic but never in a stuffy preppy way and always age appropriate, i think her beauty stood out because she came out when most actresses had the bombshell look or the girl next door look, but she was exotic and dollfaced at the same time

as far as modern lookalikes i see why people say natalie portman but i lean more towards audrey tatou, not exactly alike but very much so the same kind of beauty and charm

audrey's style is my standard, not that my style is strictly audrey influenced, but if i am having a tough time deciding if a piece has merit or if i'm styled correctly i think "what would audrey do???" even if i'm going rock n' roll or goth haha, i use her example to make it cool and chic, not trashy or trendy, just today she saved me from buying a dress that was just a bit too lolita, audrey saved the day!!!

In the her biography that her son wrote he said that she liked to eat but she wasn't a very big eater. I've heard that she liked chocolate too and in the biography her son said her favourite dish was pasta. Audrey Hepburn also suffered from malnutrition during the war so that may have had adverse consequences later in life.

Yes she had a very hard time during WWII, and she had been anemic ever since. So I really don't think she is anorexic.

thanks for letting me know... i didnt think she was anorexic coz although she is very very skinny she doesnt look sick or unwell, she still has that glow and elegance about her... if that makes sense.
