I dont see any huge model potential in Franky either. Ugh. And that Chanel photo was horrible. I liked Tahnees and Clares best. Adeles and Cassis were okay too.

And although she might be super good as a model and pretty successefull Ive never been a fan of Alice B., she is just so lifeless and indifferent or come off as such. Which in its turn makes an impression that she is either too arrogant or doesnt care about anything at all. Not a pleasant impression.... Im not talking about spewing rainbows but there gotta be some attractive/appealing personality too if youre a public person/model. Oh well. Yeah I also noticed she is not too passionate when they remind her of a show or invite her there lol...

Yeah!!! just joined tfs and can finally participate in the ausntm thread.
I did think it was weird this week that they didn't make more of Alice being there. I thought she was quite cute in the NY episode last year. Maybe her contractual obligations with the show have ended so she doesn't feel she needs to participate anymore. She has kept quite a low profile lately.
As for the new contestants, I looove Cassi. She seems so vulnerable and less contrived than the other contestants. Or very naive.
Lola cracks me up whenever she speaks to the camera, but don't like her as a model.
Don't like Tahnee but I love her last 2 pictures, even the happy accident.
Love Claire as a model but not her attitude. Don't really like Adele or Franky.

You are seeing her in a wrong light. Alice has always been rather reserved and soft spoken. Just because she is not jumping up and down all the time does not make her arrogant. It took a lot to make her stand up for herself in the third series when Jordan and Steph were talking bad about her.

I am seeing her in the light that Im seeing her. Not wrong or good. If you see her differently it doesnt mean I am seeing her in a wrong way and only yours is a good way - to begin with.

Secondly, I had the pleasure to watch that cycle with Alice and can draw conclusions myself too.

And thirdly, I did note that I dont mean spewing rainbows by 'to have a personality' ( my message is still here, easy to re-read again) but she gotta at least look somewhat lively and interested about anything and she doesnt make such an impression. Even if Jordan and Steph were talking bad about her it doesnt mean that Alice have to use that as an excuse for her now looking as she looks, lifeless ,boring. Again, this has nothing to do with her as a model, but its the impression she makes off and on AusNTM, thats all.

None of us know about her real personality until we know her in real life, I believe you dont know her in real life right.

People are different, opinions are different and non of the opinions is the best or the worst, just different and Ill stay with my point of view.

On a different topic, I like Sarah as the new host, so far so good

Yeah, Sarah's okay. Better than Jodhi at least. And Sarah seems super sweet - I like seeing her interact with the girls, but I don't really like her as a judge quite so much.

As for the Alice thing, maybe agree to disagree or carry your arguments on elsewhere. Just a suggestion...

AUSTRALIA'S Next Top Model quest is embroiled in a nude photography scandal involving one of the show's favourite contestants.
Photographs have surfaced of Sydney model Lola Van Vorst, 21, posing nude and gazing seductively at the camera. Famous magazine bought the shots from a photo agency and will publish them tomorrow.
The images - taken by a former lover - are certain to rock the top-rating Foxtel series, whose audience is mainly teenage girls.
Van Vorst, one of six remaining finalists, said a former boyfriend took the photographs a year ago while testing a new digital camera.
"He asked if he could take some photos of me … I said yes, not even thinking they could possibly come back to haunt me one day," she said. "Although I'm not ashamed of the photos, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried about them potentially damaging my career."
She was bracing for the emergence of racier photos taken at the same session.
"There's another one of me against a wall which is a full-body shot," she said. "It's not nice to know there are people out there willing to cash in on my fame and trying to hurt me. "What I have learnt is that there are a lot of creeps out there willing to take advantage of you when you least expect it."
Van Vorst revealed to The Sun-Herald last month that she was gay, but said she was concerned about coming out because she had not yet told her mother.
In the magazine article, she confirmed her sexuality, saying she first realised she was gay in year 11. She added that a kiss with MTV VJ and close friend Ruby Rose, 23, at a Sydney nightclub earlier this year was one of her best ever.
Van Vorst said she was now in a committed relationship with an unnamed woman and "very, very happy".

That impulse shot is all kinds of wrong, except our girl Cassi.

I thought Lola seemed to handle herself well in the interview - the quotes used are good anyway, mature and thoughtful.

And I agree about Maddy having a bit of a Klum moment there, to some extent.

I don't think anyone looks good in that Impulse ad, although I agree with what others have said: Cassi and Tahnee look better than the rest.

like home made pornos, nude pictures are bound to be made public; one should think about all the ifs, buts and scenarios before taking them.

The photos are his property, it doesn't make it right, be he doesn't owe Lola anything
