I can't remember the last time she wore something I loved but this would be gorgeous (with something underneath obviously).

She tends to go for less girly looks, and with good rason, I must say, but I feel like this is the type of girly she'd be able to pull off.

Another option, less girly, would be this Giafranco Ferre SS11.

She's probably going to wear L'Wren Scott, again, but I think she'd look great (and I rarely say this about her) in this Herrera gown.

Not sure what's going on under that jacket there but I love the cut of the skirt and the pattern. Mila tends to play it safe so this would be a good time to take a risk.
