I'm just ready for something new. His couture was really good though I'll give him that. I just don't understand how him PPP and Maria all got stuck in a rut all at the same time they never explored anything new for The last 5 years.
If you grew up watching galliano and McQueen like I did every season would be something completely new.
He was a very corporate designer money comes first design comes second.
Is Gucci will be the same just maybe tight

Thought the show looked beautiful. The casting was great! Reminded me of 90s Margiela without looking like 90s Margiela.
Sad that Balenciaga ended. I give PPP two years before they change a designer. What a bad decision to hire him.

I don't know if I'm just being contrarian but the last few looks paired with that song ... 😢. The classic gown looks felt so refreshing. And they still had that bit of "irony" to them without going full on to the gluttonous regular schtick. I wish he could've restrained himself during his time there. Change in general really throws me off so I feel kind of sad this is ending even though he made my eyes roll into the back of my head 90% of the time. Thinking about the musical chairs going on, without any creative challenge just utilizing the same styles switching out the labels, I am not looking forward to Balenciaga's next chapter at all. I already know what it's gonna look like and I don't care.
