Balenciaga Resort 2009

Wow i'm breathless, this is very good collection.

Balenciaga Resort

I loved this Balenciaga collection! The narrow trousers and draped asymmetrical tops were my favorite. The perfect fall uniform.

This is really good but as usual its a diffusion of whats been presented the previous season on the runway.

Balenciaga Resort is the wearable part of the Balenciaga brand, in regards to the general population.

These are wearable show pieces if that makes sense.

This is really pretty. I just now got around to looking at this because all his collections had been looking so heavy and forced, I really got tired of looking at them. I really like this though. It's quite wearable while still being very high fashion.

He never disappoints, also amazing how he is able to keep the house fresh

OOh I LOVE the last four looks. Amazing. The others are okay (in my opinion) but there is definitely something for everyone, very versatile collection.

J'adore the concept of Nicolas Ghesquière: imagination, visionary and a little futuristic.
Sportwear too and terriblement trendy

this is pretty nice, a very commercial presentation imo

some of the suit looks remind me of the addicted to love girls^_^

I really like how he toned down the FW 08 clothes like couture designers tend to do it in prêt-à-porter ^_^

My favorites are the last looks with the sculpted/ruffled dress and skirts in black + white

i love the sort of peek-a-boo fresh colours
+ layer like pieces

Balenciaga's interseason collections are frighteningly good, and at price points that are more than equivalent to the main lines of many other houses. Thank God for their capsule collection, which is also AMAZING.

what is capsule collection ..? ^

The lowest-price Balenciaga line, very wearable, everyday-clothes with a Balenciaga twist. Even so, they're brilliant.
