Bangs - Styling, Side Bangs, Fringes etc.

I brought in a pict to my sylist of ashley olsen with side bangs, and I got them done, but I have a cowlick..so they part in the middle and are starting to look bad..I have to straighten them every morning toO!! Oh yeah, they also get extremely GROSSLY greasy from brushing them out of my eyes!! Not a huge fan, they look alright sometimes though!

how do u straight your hair?? mine is so 'rebel', i mean its wavy but not in the c-good way and when i straight it it don't work that good (i don't use any wax or else maybe its that...) help plz ...

to get your hair staight just use a ceramic flat iron. they are very very good! also if you dry your hair wrong and it goes wavy or curly then it will be harder to use the flat iron but it will work it will just take more time.

i used to have long side swept bangs...they were kind of similar to the ones that ShuggaStiletto just got i think...and mine got really greasy too. so i got them cut shorter the other day. they now hang just over my eyebrows. they look better, and i can still push them to the side a little bit. plus, they dont get greasy at all.

i know this has nothing to do with my post, but is it true that people with small foreheads should not get bangs?

this is kinda out of topic..i hope ur not asking only about bangs!
i have wavy hair too. i straighten it with a flat iron. i wear it straight..but from time to time i change to the 'curls' style so it doesnt get so damage. but i still iron part of it.
after i wash it, i let it dry for a while and the separate it in parts. i blow dry each part while rolling it around my finger, so it gets a cool looking curl shape. then i flat iron from the roots till the curl begins..

its not that hard to do...it takes a while, but ur curls will look perfect!

I had gotten my hair cut -it was similar to Jessica Simpson's but the next day after I washed my hair, it fell flat and looked horrible. It had that rocker vibe, because I have straight hair with no bend. So for the first few weeks, I really had to work with it, use products and curl to give it some volume. Especially the bangs-otherwise they just fell flat against my face and didn't look so cute pushed over to the side.
I really like the cut but it was a lot more work than I thought it would be.
