Bangs - Styling, Side Bangs, Fringes etc.

I just got thick bangs today -my hairdresser has been trying to get me in them for a year!
Still getting used to them, but their fun!

We also tried indigo 'high'lights which would be really subtle, but the color didn't take over the brunette. Try again next time :flower:

I've had my fringe like Kate Moss for a long time, I bet people think I am another 'trend follower' now...so friggin' annoying!

I'm so excited, I'm gonna get my haircut and I'm having it done like lindsey lohan's, bangs and all :woot: I went to my salon and they said it would look wicked good (I have the same red hair and texture and length as her)

(sorry for retardingly hilarious pic, it just shows off my length and texturee):yuk:

I have the same bangs as Lindsey. I have a round face and it doesn't widen my face.

i just got a new haircut a couple of days ago. with bangs!

it hair is naturally straight but i've been styling it wavy... i think it really brings out the layers (it's layered everywhere, shorter in lots of places, with a couple of longer 'tails' in the back that you can't see too well here. kind of crazy but that's how i like it. :p ). i'm thinking of putting in a few highlights on the ends to add more texture. the bangs are a little short (for me) but my hair grows very fast so it's probably best this way - otherwise i'd be trimming them in a couple of weeks! ^_^ as my hair gets longer i'll probably go thicker with the bangs.

With my bangs, when I had them, I'd wake up in the morning and they'd be standing up! It's like a cow lick. I hated it, and I hated the way my hair would dry. My bangs didn't dry down; I had to comb them into place.

Tips?

So, I've finally decided that I'm gonna go for it. I'm going to get bangs ala Penelope Cruz. I'm also going to colour my hair which I've never done! I have naturally dark brown hair and I think I'm going to go as close to this as possible. Wish me luck!

i got a new haircut a few weeks ago...as you can see with bangs^^ i´m not sure if they really flatter me...:( and it´s quite hard to style the bangs for me because normally i have wavy/curly hair....but they look horrible when they´re unstyled:D
what my question is, do you think that my face looks too small with the bangs????? some people told be that and now i´m a little confused...

Your last photo is just darling ^_^
You definitely look cute with your hair pulled back like in #2.

My hair is really thin and that's annoying me because I really want heavy bangs (yes, I do suit bangs). Presently I've got bangs and the bangs' hairline starts at the top of my head. And my forehead it's just too long, so when my bangs grow long they're to thin. I need help! What can I do? I use a lot of hair products but nothing works. :(

I used to have side bangs in the Ashley Olsen way for a long time (when I was blonde), but I got tired of it because so many had that kind of bangs and now I've had mid-skill for a long time instead, untill pretty recently, when I spontaneously, at school, decided to cut bangs on me with a random scissor I found.

But other times I put my bangs to the side:

How do I get my bangs to behave? They dry wavy, and even when I straight them they look off. I mean, I try to get them straight, and they get straight, but they're gravitating in the wrong direction, and some parts stick out different ways. It's weird, I don't know how to explain it. Basically, what's the best way I can style them?
