For her graphic mix-and-match collection, Barbara Bui said she wanted to “play with volume and construction.” Mostly done in textured black with some flashes of yellow, the clothes had a clean rock ’n’ roll vibe with biker elements throughout.
Jackets were shown in many ways, from a long parka style in bonded leather to a cropped one worn over a matching zipped bustier, while pants were done in solid stretch fabrics or graphic color blocks. Texture was key, with glazed and leather-bonded chunky knits, and ponyskin dragon motifs printed on leather sweatshirts.
