Maybe she just wasn't booked for the show. The show was very dark this season compared to the past ones, and a lot of girls that used to do the show in the past didn't.

^that's true, as much as i hate to say, barbara would be really too beautiful to fit the dark appeal of the chanel show this season
PLUS, karl seems to get over his little posse members pretty quick in some cases, which sometimes can end their career
which i hope isn't the case with barbara!
