I think Rooney Mara is definitely my best dressed, she simply stablished a style of her own, and made every single outfit from street to red carpet look fresh

This look isn't anything outstanding but in his defense he hasn't had many red carpet appearances this year. He is the only actor/male celeb I've seen in red, green, blue and purple suits, who dares to do something different than a black suit in a good way.
