uumm...tyra is so annoying sometimes lol. It seems bey wants to express her genuine love for Jay whenever she pleases and is probably just sticking to a pact that he probably wanted more than her. Its not being "unprivate" to say I love you to your loved ones especially in her moment of gratitude.
