She got a breast augmentation after her divorce in 2009. She talked about it in an interview for Amica in 2012.

I assumed the same thing at first! Then more time passed by and they remained the same then I started looking at her work over again! But I realized they were like that before her second child.
Breast can remain somewhat enlarged after a child but I am sorry, that large from having almost no breasts is just not possible IMO not to mention THAT firm and perfect(especially after 2 children they tend to at least sag a bit). I remembered that after Isabeli had her first son Zion she made some adjustments too. Maybe they did not look the same and she just wanted to correct that in some way so she got augmentation to make them more firm(not so much as to enlarge). I assume Bianca did something similar and except she enlarged them.
I become a fan of Bianca over 12 years ago and I remember very well how she looked like and there is no way nature did that all on its own after the first pregnancy or any pregnancy. Don't get me wrong it's not a bad thing I think she looks fantastic. Correction or not she is still one of the most beautiful woman on the planet IMO and one of my favorite models of all time! Just look at the pictures and the difference, its huge! Also they are not close together, but rather farther apart as seen in implants. They still look quite natural in in comparison though.
Obviously I don't have her medical records in my possession and she has never been interviewed or has made a statement about that, so nobody can be sure 100% but to me IMHO it is highly likely.
The first picture is before she had any children. In the second picture(that is no push up bra), you can clearly see the difference and also in her nude photos as well from past several years. Yes they can be photoshopped, but there are other pictures of her at events when you can clearly tell she is not even wearing a bra and they look just like that (not that she needs one).
