Blake Lively (PLEASE READ POST #1 BEFORE POSTING)

Wow, I didn't think her tan was that bad until I saw the picture of her next to Florence. It's a stark contrast.

She looked very alluring at the MET gala. And i liked that big, wavy hair.

She is like Jennifer Aniston to me. She is mostly famous by the help of her tv series but when Gossip Girl ends, if she can put some good movies in her pocket and not end up like Mischa Barton, she is going to have more to appreciate.

but florence is really pale, she would make most of the people look tanned.

She stunned me at the Met Gala,:woot: obsessed with the new hair color its so unique and that Chanel gown is beyond gorgeous:heart:, love that pale blue color with her hair, sexy goddess!

Oh I know Florence is really pale. It's just that there's been pictures of them together before and Blake's skin has never been this much darker than Florence's. Might just be the lighting though

I'm surprised she hasn't started making the magazine cover rounds since her biggest movie to date (Green Lantern) comes out next month.

That's a bit strange since she's become a magazine favorite. I don't think it's her because the whole marketing for Green Lantern doesn't seem as aggressive as other movies coming out.

^Yeah. They're making a mistake with that. Warner Bros is usually really good when it comes to marketing,
so I don't know why they're being so tame with Green Latern.

But maybe Blake and Ryan will start promoting it hardcore later this month.
She can still end up on a lot of July covers or something.

Well, there's no buzz for Green Lantern. I don't know anyone who is anticipating the film. And it opens the same month as X-Men: First Class and there is way more excitement for that film. GL and X-Men will probably be in competition with each other since they're both comic book films.

Which is why I'm asking why she's not on magazine covers trying to create buzz. X-men is more well-known, doesn't mean there's no buzz for Green Lantern though.

Maybe she's not doing interviews/covers because her publicist has realized we all have "Blake Lively fatigue."

I tried, but I don't care for her Met gown. I think I would have liked it if she had given it a "va-va-voom" factor like she usually does but she comes across as blah!bland!boring! instead.

I don't think Blake's people want Green Lantern to be one of her top promotional duties. It's a big movie and if it fails to live up to expectations, it will rest solely on Ryan Reynolds, but if she insists on being a co-lead with him in promoting this film...then that could negatively impact her. Either way, whether it's successful or not, she'll be okay because she's not playing the superhero. So, it's best she just hovers in the background.

Saw this posted for Mother's Day, pictures of lookalikes who could be mother & daughter:

In Antibes for the Chanel Cruise show. At dinner last night

Cringing at her awkward side ponytail and facial expressions.
