We got up close and personal with our new fresh face, Blue Sumrie, see what she's got to say about her first London Fashion Week here:
Hey blue! Are you feeling excited about your first London fashion week?
VERY! excited is an understatement I can not wait seriously!

What inspired you to become a model?
It's something I have always wanted to do, a dream come true really.

What's your motto for life if you have one?
Ha ha this is actually really funny but I got my motto from Louis in one direction, I use it all the time!
"the decisions you'll regret the most are the ones you don't make"

What would be your dream show to walk in?
Dior definitely I love Dior! but I also love Miu Miu their designs are so fun, I once read somewhere that Miu Miu is Prada's goofy little sister how cool?!

How would you describe your style?
I would say I'm quite minimalist, clean cut with a lot of monochrome. I wear a lot of black it just makes you fee sexy and cool.

If you could go back to any period in time where would you go?
DINOSAURS!! I love them Jurassic park is one of my favourite films, but id only go back as a dinosaur I wouldn't last two minutes as a human back then! I'd be a Velociraptor definitely the boss of the dinosaurs....ha ha!

With just over a week till the general election, we hit the streets and ask the cool kids of London to dream of a brighter future.

Where are you from?
I'm originally from North West London but I currently live in Brighton.

What do you do?
I'm a model with Elite London and in my spare time I walk my dog along the Brighton seafront.

What do you stand up for?
I stand up for feminism, animal rights and against oppression.

Who do you look to for inspiration when it comes to standing up for what you believe in?
Lots of people. At the moment? Mike Brown, an 18-year-old unarmed black man shot dead by police in Ferguson, his death started the 'Hands up, Don't shoot!' protests.

If you could choose anyone in the world to be prime minister, who would you choose and why?
Most likely Stephen Fry, I think his views should be refreshing as prime minister.

Best thing about being young in 2015?
The possibility to create change, but being young at this time definitely comes with its downfalls.

How dangerous, how deep, how blue is the ocean? Walking by the seaside with sand runing between your toes, sitting on a pier dangeling your feel and letting the wind make your hair dance in all directions as you take in the subset - this is the setting Elite Models' girl Blue Sumrie is growing up in. Instant jealousy.

In an 8-page feature for our recent Issue 8 "The Trouble With Boys", photographer Jonnie Craig let's hint of blue reveal itself, as he effortlessly captures Blue's translucent English beauty.

The ripples of Brighton are waters that this teenager has become only too familiar with. Oceans currents that have resulted in Blue and her family featured in the newspaper. How? Well the families’ tradition for Christmas involves a little dip in the sea. As we twist the traditional Boys by Girls concept, you get to see Blue's homeground by the seaside unfold hand in hand with the Girls by Boys tradition in the closing pages of issue 8.

For fashion, Kylie Griffiths drapes Blue in classic brands for an authentic and relaxed look; including YMC and youth favourites Converse. Labels that speak so beautifully of the carefree aura that surround the shots captured by Jonnie.

In this below small preview to the print editorial take the breathtaking beauty of Blue; her kindness, wit and personal story. For more beautiful photography and Blue’s full editorial, issue 8 “The Trouble With Boys” is out in shops now and also available to order online.

Blue is the colour of the ocean.
