Blumarine F/W 11.12 : Adriana Lima and Sara Sampaio by Michelangelo Di Battista

Kinda feel bad for sara. Adriana's gonna take all the credit.

Whats going on with the same poses?!

but forget about the poses just look at the hideous prints and photoshopping,
so there were 2 models in this ? looks like only that lima is in the shots :ninja:

^Well, I can actually agree with you there! It's not her fault.

Photoshopping?! I really don't see that here.

This is easily one of the best campaigns this season. They did both girls justice. Sara has only 2 pics. Maybe there's more for both girls?

Lol okay. This is actually one of the worst campaigns this season, I love Adriana but this looks like a bad Raymond Meier ed for US Vogue.

Maybe Adriana is used for the clothing and Sara models the accessories? Seems plausible. I love Adriana but I'll admit the campaign is a bit disappointing by Di Battista:huh:.

The styling is at least less tacky than the previous seasons.

I am confused by the placements with the ad in cropping (looks like a crappy job done on paint)

Yeah, that's kind of weird about the campaign. It makes no sense to cast two girls who look almost identical when they will both appear in separate shots. No one's even going to notice there are two models in the campaign.

:ninja: I don't like this at all. It does look very cheap. Where is Sara?
Also be careful with your comments if you don't like this you may just be a VS Hater

^^Exactly blumarine has been in the business long enough to know when something is tacky. I think that's how they like it. And ppl obviously buy the clothes. I haven't seen long flowing elegant dresses in there past campaigns. You guys obviously know a lot about fashion than I do, so maybe you're right, it's not great. But i wouldn't call it an ed it's too particular for that. Eds and campaigns almost always look alike. Aren't Gisele's Marant campaign and Vogue Paris ed similar. The campaigns are just more specific to the clothes, and i don't know about you guys but to me, the clothes have been well presented here. And to say that is one of the worse campaigns this season is beyond me. The only campaign i think does better than this is givenchy...even that I think it's too much. I'm sure there are other campaigns though. Anyway, this is the best blumarine campaign in seasons.

with or even without adriana, i don't like it. i'm not liking the sex appeal transformation that blumarine has been going through lately. i used to be a huge huge fan of anna molinari (especially with her name label), but i've been less interested in her direction as a designer. adding adriana in it makes it look more cheap.
