Boots for guys

Looking for a pair of boots to keep the cold weather of Perth off my legs.

Looking at something knee high. Are there such things for guys and if so where available.

The only thing I could think of is an equestrian boot.

Riding boots are made of too stiffer leather to walk comfortably in ( have a pair for riding).
I was thinking of something like doc martens but a little more dressier

In a word, Fryes. Wore them myself for years. Or dressy cowboy boots (ostrich, snake, etc)
