Brittany Murphy is Tinkerbell!

I saw on Entertainment Tonight and E News tonight that Brittany Murphy will be the voice of Tinkerbell in a new Tinkerbell movie from Disney that will be out in 2007. She will be the 1st person to bring a speaking voice to this character.

I don't know how I feel about Tinkerbell talking. Tinkerbell is not supposed to talk! And if she did, would see sound like Brittany Murphy?

Now, Brittany Murphy playing Tink in a live-action production would be fine. She has that 'manipulative lady of the night with a desperate, violent edge' aura of the literary Tinkerbell (don't get me started on the whitewashing and dumbing down of the novel by Disney). But she shouldn't be talking! This is going to make me so mad when the commercials start airing

Actually, it's funny you say that because on E they said, "No...we aren't talking about Paris' dog."

I am not 100% positive, but I think this might be coming straight to DVD and not hitting theaters.

How odd. I was just watching a Brittany Murphy movie "Uptown girls" last night and the next day, here is a thread about her. And funny thing I just bought a Tinkerbell necklace last week. She's adorable. But she seems to be a bit on the dumb side.

Anywayz, back on topic, I don't want Tinkerbell to talk. I like her better mute. I leaves just an aurora of mystery to her. Just something weird about her.

Julia didn't look like Tinkerbell to me. She looked like a little elf...with bad fashion sense. Tink is supposed to look cute! Anyway, the difference is that Brittany's will be animated.
