I know!! Don't you just love it... I wanted to get the ladybug one too but they were out :(

I love vintage brooches too! I'm currently watching some on ebay ;)

ahh vintage!!! I have an art deco one that is lovely. I really need to take pictures of them.

I did get 3 new ones this past weekend. 2 in green & one white.

Is there anywhere I can buy cameos that don't look like a lady's profile? My old music teacher had one, and it was a carved portrait of a lady practicing her cello, with her cat sitting on the floor. I fell in love with it, and have never been able to find it since.

well this one is nice, still sort of profile but it's like a painting...

I have been worried for quite some time that I must be turning into my Grandma because of my strange fondness for brooches! So hooray it isnt just me who loves them!

I love them. I've worn enamel flower pins for years on coats, cardigans, sweaters, tees, tanks, whatever. I have a nice little collection now.

I also like vintage starburst rhinestone brooches and I also still get a lot of use out of my big silk and crochet flower pins.

those are all cute. I have been into pins lately because I have a couple of sweater wraps (like a cardigan but with no buttons).

Buttons? BUTTONS??
*spasms with glee at the mere THOUGHT of buttony goodness*
Yeah, in case you can't tell, I really like buttons. I also could go on forever.

me and my boyfriend bought a badge maker on a one boring morning. I'm drowning in badges..

nice skull pin, socalled :flower: i also like the assortment of gold safety pins

i love pins. i bought a 10 lb box of safety pins at a garage sale last year... i use them on all sorts of stuff, just for kicks. but i also like using brooches in odd ways, like making arm sleves shorter, or making a neckline lower, or pinning a pareo into a funky dress.

pins and brooches always seem to add a little extra "something" to an outfit. Thanks for posting everyone. :flower:
