Aw, I wish I could see him in NYC but if I'm lucky, I'll only make it to his show in LA, since I'll be in the area for Coachella the next day.
I'm not completely familiar with his work but I've loved everything I've heard from him and am aware of his influence in Brazilian music.. I really wouldn't like to miss an opportunity to see him live, I only hope I can score tickets before they sell out!

didn't know what the response would be, given that his music is not in english. mostly Portuguese with a couple of spanish songs.


yes, i first heard him in that scene from Talk to Her.
absolutely flawless. thank you Almodovar
don't know if it was just the song, but i was in tears by the end, just like the protagonist.

then i heard his song Michelangelo Antonioni in the film Eros
and realized that this guy was something special.

went through the best of, to the earlier discs. and now i'm in love.
i got my ticket today.
