Great stuff. I loved what Nicolas was doing at Callaghan. Whatever happened to the label?

Didn't Callaghan go bankrupt or something?? I know a few seasons after Nicolas left quite abruptly there was something about the financial restraints it caused. That label was really quite big when he was doing it.

But yeah,that stuff is so amazing! I always loved what he did at the label. In fact,that whole period is my favourite of Nicolas' work.

I love it. I like the coat in the first, the dress in the fourth, everything pretty much. I'd wear it all. Very nice.

Yeah,S/S 01 was the last one. And I was wrong....it was they who pulled the rug from under Nicolas-not he leaving.

i like his work for callaghan sooo much better...especially that collection where he did all those grecian drapy things...i find balenciaga a bit misogynistic sometimes...has anyone noticed that ghesquire has never done any full length pieces?

I never knew anything about this label before I randomly checked it out on firstview. Can anyone explain who was designing it before him, any other info?
Sad to hear they fired this designer ...

Some of the looks make me think of present-day Karen walker.

PS I had nooo idea this was Nicolas Ghesquiere!!
