i like his work for callaghan sooo much better...especially that collection where he did all those grecian drapy things...i find balenciaga a bit misogynistic sometimes...has anyone noticed that ghesquire has never done any full length pieces?

What do you mean? Check his early collections at Balenciaga....S/S 99 & A/W 99 particularly.

i totally skipped over reading that ghesquire did this! i was just going to mention it reminded me of his early balenciaga ... i wish he split his time between balenciaga and callaghan so he still could do stuff like this!!

I never knew anything about this label before I randomly checked it out on firstview. Can anyone explain who was designing it before him, any other info?
Sad to hear they fired this designer ...

Some of the looks make me think of present-day Karen walker.

You're welcome, anna ...and i agree, it does. the collection before this one, also, its scary how dominant the looks he was making then are now. lots of belts, slouch boots, slouchy fits and tiered skirts...i can't describe it..here are some photos from firstview:
