When I first looked at that outfit i was like WHAT THE F*** IS THAT?
But really it's a pretty dress, but maybe it would be more appropriate to see on the runway rather then a red carpet I think if they took the top swirly layer off and left the bottom it would have looked much better But she is still gorgeous
