I agree, she used to dress so much more interesting back then in say, 2007! This outfit is so boring, I mean her nails are grey and her hair is so boring. I usually love her, but she's been dressing like this for quite a while

I absolutely cannot argue with Camilla Belle topping this list -- she stands out above everyone...

but the ordering of the rest of that list is questionable, imo.

I agree. Even though she's a very sophisticated young lady, I find sometimes she dresses too mature for her age.
