That is so bad. Showing the torso unless you're on the beach is hugely tacky and rarely looks right even when it's done in the 'fashion' way i.e. sjp, chloe sevigny.

Ugh, the frosted, heavy make-up is all wrong. She should have at least had natural make-up to balance the look. She looks awful and fashion victim-y
